2025 Golf Cart Adventure Options

FALL Public Tours -

October 18th - October 26th

1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays
Include up to 5 families at once.
Must book at least 24 hours in advance.
The cost is $125 per golf cart and includes:
- 1 Hurds Apple Picking Bag - the tour stops at the varieties that are ready to pick.
- 2 pints of cider
- 1 six-pack of Hurds Apple Cider Donuts
- Animal Feeding
- Fish Feeding

FALL Private Tours

Include up to 7 golf carts at once.
Choose anytime any day, but we must have at least 48 hours notice to schedule a team member. We will send you an invoice if we can make your requested time work!
The cost is $325 for the 1st golf cart and $125 per each additional golf cart.
Each golf cart will get:
- 1 Hurds Apple Picking Bag - the tour stops at the varieties that are ready to pick.
- 2 pints of cider
- 1 six pack of Hurds Apple Cider Donuts
- Animal Feeding
- Fish Feeding
Ask questions and learn about what we do on the farm to care for the apple trees and land all year long.
If you book on a Friday or Holiday farm entry for all participants is included in the $325 price. You can enjoy the farm and activities from 10am-7pm.
If you book on a Saturday or Sunday activities outside of animal food and fish feeding are sold separately. You can enjoy the farm from 9am-5pm. Activities are 10am-4pm, but sold separately.

Spring & Summer Private Tours

The cost is $275 for the 1st cart and includes:
- A 1 hour tour through our Farmers 5k Trail.
- A stop at our farm pond to feed our fish friends.
- We can also add in stops at the bounce pillow, slide, and kids corral. Other activities for an additional cost.
- Plenty of opportunities to take photos along the way.
Additional time can include more time for activities, stopping, or a picnic. Pricing varies.
Each additional golf cart is $200. Or rent the fleet of 7 for $1200 and stay for 3 hours of fun!

Kids and adults can hop off the cart to stretch their legs at some of our most popular fall family-friendly activities. There are shady picnic spots where we can stop and have a snack or a full meal. The old Christmas Tree forest is full of extreme trails with twists, turns, and hill climbs. Talk-about-able photo spots for capturing your family memories to share with friends.

Our tours can accommodate groups of 1 to 56 people. Yes, you can bring your pooch along. Kids and Grandparents are welcome on this safe ride around the farm. Moms and Dads will love to get behind the wheel for this off-roading adventure. Perfect activity to catch up with friends while driving around the farm in these quiet electric cars.

Prepare yourself behind the wheel, to experience the thrill of driving thru our beautiful family farm. Our 125-acres off-road park has miles of scenic farm trails. The exhilaration of off-roading will surely get your blood pumping! Get out & see nature! Safe off-road family fun!

Great summer fun activity for a family outing, birthday party, anniversary, bachelorette party, corporate team building event, or maybe just a day to escape from everything (great stress relief). Put us at the top of your bucket list, for things to do on vacation this summer!

In the Fall we have themed tours at select times on select days. Our guides will take you to explore and learn about parts of the farm you have probably never seen. No need to walk with those heavy apple bags looking for apples. Drive your golf cart to the best apple picking locations on the farm at the time of your tour. This NEW VIP experience is something you will be telling your friends about.

We provide one-of-a-kind adventures, whether you’re a tourist on vacation, thrill seeker, adrenaline junkie, off-roader, all-terrain vehicle enthusiast or anyone who loves outdoor recreation. You’ll hit the trails with an experienced guide to ensure you have FUN and stay SAFE! *Please note* This is a slow sightseeing tour.

Try family friendly off-roading at Hurds Family Farm Guided Tours. We feature top-of-the-line Club Cars that carry 1 to 6 people. No experience needed. Easy to operate, with automatic transmissions. If you can drive a car, you can drive the golf cart! All tours are guided & come with hands-on user training.

You’ll want to have your camera along for this tour for some cool shots of the Shawangunk Mountains and Mohonk Tower and if we’re lucky, some wild animals.

Unlike other off-roaring tours, we create a custom ride through the property just for your group on select days. Fall weekend we have special event tours with a planned route for multiple families. Tours are guided at all times, and are approximately one hour. The guides are in their own vehicles and you will follow them throughout the trails.

Any age is welcome, but there are some friendly rules. Each of the 2 seats can hold up to 400 lbs. Children under 42" must ride in the front seat. Children under 46" must be accompanied by an adult to ride in the back seat.

18+ to drive with valid drivers license and proof of insurance, 21+ to book - Still not sure you can drive yourself, no problem, you can ride with our friendly guide, just sit back & enjoy the ride.

Well behaved pets are welcome, but they must be on leash and in the golf cart whenever it is moving. Dogs should remain on the floor as damage to the seat will result in a $150 replacement cost.

You will be in the great outdoors on a farm adventure! Be prepared to get a little dusty and dirty.

Remember to bring hats and sunscreen for warm days. Bug spray is always a good idea, although most of the trails we go on are not that buggy. Comfortable closed toed shoes that would be good for walking or other farm activities you pick. Flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes of any kind are Not allowed.

Helmets are not required at this time, you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Fall is the most popular time to spend the day at the farm. You are welcome on weekends to stay 9am to 5pm enjoying the fresh crisp air. There are no parking fees, no admission fees, you pay for the experiences you want to participate in. Some items are included with your special event tour and others you can purchase separately.

In the summer we open the farm just for your group. The standard tour is 1 hour, but if you like you can add on additional tour time and stay for the day. Guests are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to their tour time to take a 15 minute safety training course and leave promptly at the end of the tour.
